Auditor General of Pakistan AGP Assistant Audit Officer Jobs 2026

The Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan intends to fill 160 vacant posts of Assistant Audit Officer (BS-17) on a regular basis in its Head Office in Islamabad and various Field Audit Offices across Pakistan through direct recruitment via the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). Eligibility qualifications include: (a) 2nd Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting), Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Statistics, or equivalent from an HEC recognized university; OR Master's degree with ICMA 1-year postgraduate certificate, CA (Foundation), or ACCA (knowledge level qualified); (b) Bachelor's degree with PIPFA (Public Sector)/SAS qualification OR 3 years service in relevant field. Selected candidates will be confirmed only after passing the PIPFA (Public Sector) Exam. Age Limit is minimum 22 years and maximum 30 years, with upper age limit relaxation applicable as per Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993. Recruitment and written tests/viva-voce will be conducted through FPSC according to their rules and procedures.
