Bacha Khan University Charsadda (BKUC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment to regular administrative positions under Advertisement No. 2026(01). 1. Treasurer (BPS-20) - 01 Position: First division degree (16 years education) in Business Administration (with Specialization in Finance) or Commerce from HEC recognized University/DAI's or Member PIPFA (FPA) with 17 years' experience in financial management/Accounts in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 2. Liaison Manager University- Industry Interlinkages & Technology Transfer (BPS-19) - 01 Position: PhD with 10 years' experience or MS/M.Phil in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 13 years teaching/administrative experience in a University/Government or autonomous body in BPS-17 and above. INSTRUCTIONS/TERMS & CONDITIONS: Candidates must clearly indicate the post applied for along with relevant specialization/skill. Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel. Selected candidates will be governed by BKUC Act, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations. Applications must be submitted only on the prescribed application form available on the university website (www.bkuc.edu.pk). Non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- must be deposited online or via Demand Draft in favor of the Treasurer, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, or online payment to Bank of Khyber, Charsadda Branch (Branch Code: 5088, Account No. 3006577953) and original receipt attached with application. Required documents: Attested photocopies of all academic transcripts/DMCs, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, Last Pay Certificate (LPC), CNIC, and 03 recent passport-size photographs. Foreign qualification holders must submit HEC Equivalence Certificate. Eligibility is determined as of the closing date. CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 is considered equivalent to First Division. Complete application forms must reach the office of the Registrar, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda on or before 28-08-2026. Separate application form and fee required for each post. No TA/DA admissible. Candidates who applied for S.No. 2 vide advertisement No. 2023(2) need not apply again, but can submit an updated form before the deadline.
