Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Bahawalpur invites applications for the position of Principal (Female) - 01 Post for Cantt Public Girls High School Dera Izzat, Bahawalpur. Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D./M.Phil/MS in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (Preferably) or any other subject from an HEC recognized institute with 1st Div / 2.5 CGPA / 60% in the highest degree. B.Ed. / M.Ed. is preferred. At least 8-10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric/Inter Schools or colleges having over 800 students. Age limit is 40-55 years. Terms & Conditions: Recruitment shall be on a contractual basis for a period of 03 years (confirmed after 06 months evaluation of academic skills/performance). The post is non-transferable. Salary package will be attractive and comparable with market pattern. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, for which no TA/DA will be admissible.
