Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications on a contract basis for positions under the Project Management Unit (PMU) - New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition, and Expo Centre. Positions available: 1. Senior Manager - PMU (PPS-10): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), Registered Professional Engineer with PEC, min. 15 years experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects on a senior position (preference for lead position experience in Mega Building Projects of International level), Age 38-55. 2. Manager Civil (PPS-9): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), Registered Professional Engineer with PEC, min. 10 years experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects, Age 30-45. 3. Manager MEP (PPS-9): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred), Registered Professional Engineer with PEC, min. 10 years experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects, Age 30-45. 4. Manager IT (PPS-9): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, min. 10 years experience in IT, AV, security, and smart building systems (experience in convention centers, airports, stadiums, data centers, or major public facilities preferred; relevant professional certifications in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or AV systems an added advantage), Age 30-45. 5. Manager BIM (PPS-9): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline, Professional certification in BIM software platforms, min. 8 years experience in BIM implementation on major projects, Age 30-45. 6. Manager Finance (PPS-9): MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification, min. 10 years experience in project finance, infrastructure projects, public sector development projects, or financial management (experience in large-scale construction or public infrastructure projects preferred; strong understanding of public procurement & government financial procedures), Age 30-45. 7. Documentation Officer (PPS-7): Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR Management and social sciences, or related field, min. 5 years experience, proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS), Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms (experience with BIM-enabled document management systems an advantage; advance degree preferred), Age 30-40.
