Fazaia Degree College, PAF Base Faisal, Karachi invites applications from male and female candidates for the position of Principal. Candidates must be medically fit with an age limit of up to 60 years and possess strong communication, administrative, and management skills. For retired Education Officers from Armed Forces, an MA/MSc in any subject with a minimum of 15 years commissioned service is required. For Civilians, an MA/MSc or M.Ed in any subject with 5-10 years teaching and 5-10 years supervisory/administration experience (with a minimum of 15 years aggregate experience at the Intermediate or Degree College level) is required. Candidates terminated prematurely from previous positions or with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences are ineligible. This is a contract-based post initially for 2 years, renewable annually based on performance.
