The Lahore Garment City Company (LGCC), under the Ministry of Commerce (Textile Wing), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for the position of Internal Audit Officer on a one (01) year contract basis, extendable based on performance. Qualifications required include a Post Graduate degree in Business or Finance / M.Com (HEC Recognized) or a B.Com degree (HEC Recognized) with SAS/PIPFA certification. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor in a Public or Private Sector Company. Key areas of expertise required include report writing (preparation of replies to Federal Govt Audit Reports & Annual Audit Report), compliance with authority, forensic audit, taxation system, public finance, audit, finance, accounting, corporate affairs, and proficiency in the Companies Act 2017, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013, SOE's Ownership and Management Policy 2023, and other relevant laws. Maximum age limit is 55 years at the time of application, and only Pakistani nationals are eligible. The position offers a market-based salary package with benefits as per company HR policy.
