Pakistan Software Export Board (G) Ltd (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is seeking applications for the post of Director People & Culture to lead the human resources and organizational development functions. Eligibility criteria require minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in HR/OD (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be an added advantage. Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role. Public-sector experience is highly valued, but ambitious private-sector HR leaders are also welcome. Age limit is under 56 years of age.
