Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for contract-based positions under the PSDP Project 'National Semi Conductor HR Development Program- Phase 1'. Positions include: 1) Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) (PPS-08) [Age limit: Max 50 years; Qualification: Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT / Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics) / Education Policy / Human Resource Development / Management Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university; MS/MPhil preferred; Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education are an advantage; Experience: Min 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, M&E, education policy, or skill development programs]. 2) Manager Procurement (PPS-08) [Age limit: Max 50 years; Qualification: Min 16 years education (Bachelor's degree) in Management Sciences / Finance, Accounting, Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or closely related field from an HEC-recognized university; MS/MBA/Master's preferred; Certifications like CIPS, PMP, or training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules are an added advantage; Experience: Min 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycle, PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded projects, and PPRA compliance]. Degrees from foreign institutions must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate. Applications submitted via email or post will not be entertained.
