Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for positions on a contract basis under the PSDP Project 'National Semi Conductor HR Development Program- Phase 1'. The advertised positions are: 1. Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) (PPS-08): Maximum age limit is 50 years. Requires a Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics), Education Policy, HRD, Management Sciences, or related discipline, with 5 years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, M&E, or skill development programs. 2. Manager Procurement (PPS-08): Maximum age limit is 50 years. Requires minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's degree) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, with 5 years of post-qualification experience in public sector procurement and compliance with PPRA rules.
