The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded 'Improving Workforce Readiness Project in Punjab (IWRPP)' under the Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from Punjab-domiciled individuals for appointment on a contract basis. The open position is for Project Manager (Civil Works) / Deputy Director (Project PayScale - 8) - 01 Position. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, preferably a Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent. Applicants should preferably have 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing projects in lead positions and contract management, along with excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience in the Punjab region, foreign-funded projects, overseas roles, or relevant experience with international organizations and government institutions will be considered favorably. The upper age limit is up to 55 years. ADB's policies regarding anti-corruption and ethics shall be applicable.
