A Public Sector Organization invites applications from Pakistani nationals on a purely contractual basis for multiple positions in Islamabad, Gilgit, and Lahore. Positions include General Manager (Water Resource Management) and General Manager (Climate Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Engineering) requiring MSc/MS or PhD with specialization in hydrology, flood modeling, climate sciences, or environmental sciences, with preference for PhD candidates and requiring 13 or 8 years of experience. Manager (Software Engineering) requires BE/BSc or MS/MSc in Computer/IT/Electrical Engineering with 6 or 4 years experience in AI/ML-based image processing, Web-GIS, and LLM/NLP. Assistant Manager roles in Environmental Sciences, Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering require relevant degrees and experience in aerosol monitoring, GHG emissions, dispersion modeling, project management, testing, QA, CAD software, and engineering principles. Sub Engineer-II positions in Electronics and Mechanical require DAE with 1st Division and relevant experience. Pay scales range from 31320-1930-89220 to 99760-4530-190360 depending on position. Only one 2nd division is allowed in academic career, no 3rd division is permitted, and minimum CGPA 3.0 is required for positions 1 to 6. Vacancies are temporary but likely to continue, with pension (CPF/Provident Fund) decision to be communicated later. Selection does not guarantee shortlisting, and only top candidates will be called for written tests. Tests/interviews for Sr no 1 to 4 will be conducted in Islamabad, while for Sr no 5 to 8 in Lahore. No TA/DA will be provided. Written tests will not be conducted for Sr no 3 to 8.
