Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites applications from experienced and dedicated individuals for the position of Deputy Director (Admin & HR) (01 Post). The required qualification is a Masters/BS (16 years education, at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Policy, Business Administration/ Public Administration, Management, Commerce, Sciences, Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/ institution duly recognized by HEC. Applicants must have a minimum of four (04) years of relevant post-qualification experience in human resource management, personnel administration, office management, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, procurement under PPRA rules, asset management, employee relations, official correspondence and record management, or Engineering & Works within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or a well-reputed private sector organization. The age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy is already included). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. The position carries a salary package of Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Foreign degree holders must attach an equivalence certificate from HEC/IBCC. Shortlisting may involve a screening/written test, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (no TA/DA admissible).
