Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Operations & Procurement) (01 Post). Qualification requirement: Master's / BS (16 years of education – at least 2nd Division or equivalent) or higher qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Project Management, Public Policy, Commerce, Economics, CA, ACCA, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, or an equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed national or international university/institution duly recognized by the HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of relevant post-qualification experience in operations management, general administration, procurement, supply chain management, engineering & works, or contract administration within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or a well-reputed private sector organization. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Applications must be submitted online at https://pectaa-jobs.pesrp.edu.pk not later than 12th August 2026 (Wednesday) before office closing hours (5:00 PM). Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted. Applicants currently employed in government service / semi-government service / autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC, IBCC, or the relevant regulatory forum. The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for shortlisting, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (no TA/DA admissible).
