Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Outreach, Research & Development) (01 Post). Qualification requirement: Masters (at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) or higher qualification in Education, Data Analytics/Statistics, Public Administration/Management/Planning, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/ institution duly recognized by HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience in research and development (R&D) management, policy analysis, academic/educational research, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), or data-driven program evaluation within a Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or a well-reputed private sector organization. The candidate must be proficient in relevant statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, Stata, R) with a minimum of three (03) research publications in well-reputed journals recognized by HEC. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment.
