Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Curriculum & Compliance) (02 Posts). Qualification requirement: Master's / BS (16 years of education – at least 2nd Division or equivalent) or higher qualification in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership and Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, Sciences, Social Sciences, or an equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed national or international university/institution duly recognized by the HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, standards-based (SLO-based) curriculum design, review of textbooks and supplementary learning materials, academic planning, implementation of educational policies, monitoring of curriculum implementation and compliance, or academic quality assurance within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, educational board, or a well-reputed private educational institution. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted. Applicants currently employed in government service / semi-government service / autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC, IBCC, or the relevant regulatory forum. The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for shortlisting, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (no TA/DA admissible).
