Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Staff) (01 Post). Qualification requirement: Masters/BS (16 years education – at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) or higher qualification in Education, Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering or Business Management/Public Administration/Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/institution duly recognized by HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience in human resource management, general administration, engineering & works, establishment matters, or personnel administration within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or a well-reputed private sector organization. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC, IBCC, or the relevant regulatory forum. The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for shortlisting, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (no TA/DA admissible).
