Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Legal) (01 Post). Qualification requirement: Masters/Bachelor degree (at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) in Law, LLB, LLM or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/institution duly recognized by HEC. The candidate must be a licensed advocate registered with the Bar Council of High Court. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification professional experience as a practicing Advocate of the High Court or Legal Counsel, specifically focused on managing litigation before tribunals or higher courts on behalf of a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or a well-reputed private sector organization/law firm. Age limit: 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy is already included). The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for three (03) years, extendable as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment.
