Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Finance) (02 Posts). Qualification requirement: Masters/BS (16 years education – at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (Finance), Banking & Finance, Economics, CA, ACCA, CPA, Commerce, or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/ institution duly recognized by HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience in accounting, budgeting, financial controls, tax laws, ERP-based financial systems, reconciliation, financial reporting, audit coordination, and handling payments within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or well-reputed private sector organization. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy is already included). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted. Applicants currently employed in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and attach an NOC. Foreign degree holders must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC/IBCC. The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for shortlisting, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (no TA/DA admissible).
