Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), established by the Government of the Punjab, invites online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Training) (02 Posts). Qualification requirement: Masters/BS (16 years education – at least 2nd Div. or equivalent) or higher qualification in Education, Human Resource Management, Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities, or equivalent relevant qualification from a well-reputed international or national University/ institution duly recognized by HEC. Experience requirement: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience in Training & Development, Training planning, Capacity Building, training administration, stakeholder outreach or Human Resource Development within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or a well-reputed private sector organization. Age limit is 26–45 years (age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits). The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement. Offered salary package is Lumpsum @ Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment. Applications must be submitted online at https://pectaa-jobs.pesrp.edu.pk not later than 12th August 2026 (Wednesday) before office closing hours (5:00 PM). Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted. Applicants currently employed in government service / semi-government service / autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC, IBCC, or the relevant regulatory forum. The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for shortlisting, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (no TA/DA admissible).
